• After your impressions are scanned, we securely store your impressions on file so you can order spare veneers anytime without retaking impressions.
• Spare Veneers are offered at 40–50% off the original price — perfect if you want a backup or new shade.

• Because each set is custom-made, refunds and direct exchanges aren’t available once production begins.
• If you’ve purchased an impression kit but haven’t used it yet, you can request a refund minus shipping and processing fees.
• If your order has been placed but production hasn’t started, you’re eligible for a refund minus the cost of the kit and shipping, depending on where we are in the process.
